RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

When you are trying to return the product, make sure that you follow these things:

  • Your product will be eligible for return if it is within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • To make your product return eligible, ensure that it is unopened and damage-free.
  • Check that the item is in its original packaging.
  • Make sure to have a bill of purchase, as it is mandated when approving the product for return.

REFUNDS

Having received your product for return our team will inform you that item has been received and then, experts will come into play and verify your product and inform you on the same whether the item is eligible for a refund or not. If it is eligible for a refund, then

  • The amount of the refund will be immediately credited to your payment account.
  • The amount will be credited to the same payment method that you used for placing the order. [It can be UPI, net banking, a credit or debit card, or any]
  • The time for refund will be directly dependent on your banking terms of finance acceptance.

If your product is not eligible for return, then we apologize. In this case, you will not receive any refund from us.

SHIPPING

While in the refund process, you will receive the same amount of the product, excluding all shipping charges.

It means that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product, and we are not going to refund that amount. We request you understand this.
